Kefir is a fermented drink, made from grains (yeast + lactic acid bacteria) & cow’s milk, which is high in nutrients + probiotics, and is fantastic for digestion and gut health - much more so than regular yogurt.

Wholesome Country Creamery makes an amazing kefir, and we just had to make it available to you. Available in quart sizes. If you’ve never tried kefir - we recommend using it in smoothies, over cereal, etc. You can also drink it - it kind of has a tangy flavor. Sold by the quart.

Due to our cooler capacity, we will have a limited amount each week. Please order early! For home delivery orders, we request that you leave out a cooler with ice packs when purchasing milk to ensure product quality & safety. Enjoy!

Local home delivery is available on $60+ orders only + a $5 delivery fee within a 10 mile radius of Winston-Salem, NC + 5 mile radius of Davidson, NC. For home delivery on orders less than $60, there is a $10 fee to help cover fuel & labor costs.
