Oyster mushrooms are amazing versatile and provide a vegan protein boost to any meal. They have an earthy, umami flavor that can stand alone or complement other ingredients nicely in a dish.

They are full of healthy nutrients such as iron, zinc, calcium, folic acid, potassium, phosphorus & selenium + Vitamins C, D, B1, B3, B5 & B12.

Mushrooms must be cooked to release their nutrient content - we recommend sauteing or baking.

Local home delivery is available on $60+ orders only + a $5 delivery fee within a 10 mile radius of Winston-Salem, NC + 5 mile radius of Davidson, NC. For home delivery on orders less than $60, there is a $10 fee to help cover fuel & labor costs.
