Our local prepared food collab is back with new seasonal flavors! Chef Jordan Rainbolt of Native Root in Winston-Salem, famous for her supper clubs & street pop-ups, is creating grab & go entrees and side dishes each week for you to enjoy at home.
Each is personally crafted by Chef Jordan and includes HHF mushrooms + other local farm ingredients from many of our partners.
The menu will follow the seasons. We are excited to share her amazing talent with you!
NOTE: All items already include sales tax!
Mushroom Lavash (personal size, 10”x6”): HHF Oyster/Black Pearl mushrooms, Spinach, Greek Yogurt, Onion, Lemon, Lavash wrap, garlic, herbs & spices.
Mushroom, Winter Squash & Kale Lasagna (2-3 servings): HHF Oyster/Black Pearl mushrooms, Sweet Potatoes, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Olive Oil, Kale, Olive Oil, noodles, garlic herbs & spices. Weight is 1#.
Mushroom & Pecorino (2-3 servings): HHF Mushrooms, Pecorino cheese (Sheep’s milk is easier to digest than cow’s milk), Arborio rice, cooking greens, parsley, mushroom stock, coconut milk, garlic, onion, salt/pepper. Weight is 1#.
Bone Broth (1 qt): Local chicken bones, mirepoix, aromatics & herbs, HHF mushrooms.
Mushroom Broth (1 qt): HHF mushrooms, mirepoix, aromatics & herbs.
