Bobby Boy Bakery’s Emmer Oat Bread made with local Lindley Mills sprouted Blue Emmer Wheat, house ground oat flour & rolled oat porridge! It’s safe for people with gluten-sensitivity, as Emmer Wheat, or Pharoah’s Wheat, was one of the first cultivated crops & it’s gluten is digestible for those with sensitivity to the wheat strains of today. This bread does contain a small amount of honey in the recipe.

Local home delivery is available on $60+ orders only + a $5 delivery fee within a 10 mile radius of Winston-Salem, NC + 5 mile radius of Davidson, NC. For home delivery on orders less than $60, there is a $10 fee to help cover fuel & labor costs.
